2018 D.A.R.E. Car Show - August 19, 2018

The Edwardsville DARE program will be hosting the 27th Annual DARE Car Show on AUGUST 19th, 2018 (rain date of August 26, 2018) at the Edwardsville High School, 6161 Center Grove Road, Edwardsville, IL. As in the past, expanded parking and tents will be allowed.  Please be sure and mark your calendars now!

There will be over 50 vehicle classes and 8 motorcycle classes, with awards presented for each class listing. The first 350 vehicles entering the gate will receive a commemorative 2018 Dash Plaque.   

Any Clubs registering vehicles will have a chance to win the $100 Club Award, sponsored by the Host Club, The Piston Pushers. As in the past, our trophy plaques, dash plaques, T-shirts and Souvenir Booklets will all include the commemorative design.  Anyone entering their vehicle in the show will receive a FREE PHOTO of their vehicle, courtesy of Walgreens.  Activities including a 50/50 drawing, silent auction, and musical entertainment, which will all take place throughout the day.  

Registration opens at 8:30am and closes at 1:00pm.  Entertainment kicks off at noon and awards presentation will begin promptly at 4pm. Spectators welcome all day with activities starting at 11am.

PRE-REGISTRATION:  Pre-Registering your vehicle guarentees you a commemorative dash plaque and allows you to beat the lines at registration.  Don't be the one left standing in line...Registration for next years show will open in JUNE 2018.  Note:  Payment must be received with your pre-registration form.  We have provided a link to secure your checkout.

 

Donations Welcome

The Edwardsville D.A.R.E program is taught at over 15 schools, both public and private. All proceeds from the Annual D.A.R.E. Car Show will go towards educational material, D.A.R.E. T-shirts and certificates for the 5th grade graduates, the 7th grade discount card, as well as other educational material needed for over 1500 students that we work with each year.
